The draft budget was released on Thursday, April 9, 2020 and published on the Delta School District website. Due to the physical distancing requirements now in place as a result of COVID-19, board meetings in April are being held via conference call. The process for providing input on the draft budget was shared on the district’s website on April 7, 2020.
The annual budget will be presented to the Board of Education for approval at the board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 28 (held via conference call). This final budget will incorporate any changes requested by the Board. A transcript of the meeting will be made available on the district’s website within 24 hours of the meeting.
